During the factory tour, observe traditional production techniques such as glassblowing, cutting, grinding, and engraving. You will also have time to visit the factory shop and browse its beautiful collection of handcrafted crystal products. Continue to the magnificent Karlštejn Castle, a Gothic fortress founded by Charles IV, Holy Roman Emperor and King of Bohemia. Once used to safeguard royal treasures, sacred relics, and coronation jewels, the castle offers a fascinating insight into the history of the medieval Kingdom of Bohemia. Stroll through the picturesque village before joining an official guided tour of the castle. The tour lasts approximately 8 hours and includes a private vehicle, driver, and Chinese-speaking guide. Meals, admission to the Rückl Glassworks or optional creative experiences, and Karlštejn Castle entrance tickets are not included. Advance reservations are required for both the glassworks and the castle. The visiting order may be adjusted according to available reservation times, opening dates, traffic, and local operating conditions.
